~Happy to Scrap Saturday~

Happy Saturday my crafty friends!

I am so excited, I found out yesterday that yes..I will be teaching in Cave City, KY
again this year! I loved it last year....I had 200 students and it was a blast!
If you are anywhere near Cave City, go sign up! An ENTIRE day of scrapbook classes
4 full classes and lunch too! See the Upcoming Classes tab above for info.

Ok on to scrapbooking right? LOL
It will be up on March 1st at 8am central time.
I sure had fun with this kit. I often speak about my family and I love
waking up early and cooking fresh eggs for the boys for breakfast.
It's such a small thing but I wanted to scrap it anyways.
If nothing else, when I pass on the boys can show this to their kids :)
Or maybe I will be able to share with them if I am still here.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE October Afternoon and this kit was full of it!
I also used my Glue Arts *of course* LOL
And I even found an old Maya Road mini album page (the house)
to paint and use rub-ons with.
I wish I was this creative all the time LOL
DON'T FORGET about yesterdays D-stress GIVEAWAY! :)

Oh and I added a BUNCH of new product to the Tally Scrapper Store!
The box came in and I was so excited, like Christmas!!

♡I am off to spend the weekend with my boys♡
~Have a beautiful day, thank you for popping by~

~Creatively Scrapping & D-STRESS GIVEAWAY RIGHT HERE!~

Good morning my crafty friends!

I am so excited and feeling very creative this week.
I made this layout for the Tally Scrapper Survivor Challenge,
using the March Kit from Tally Scrapper.
I added the Banner and card stock but the rest is the Tally Kit.
The journaling says:
I wish I had known I am Really STRONG and a little crazy when my ex husband
was beating me up. I wonder how my life would have been different if
I knew then what I know now? Hindsight really is 20/20.
Of course I used my Glue Arts Glue Glider Pro and the 3D Combo Pack.
I am pretty much addicted to that stuff!
Did I mention the kit name? "Lucy you got alot of scrappin' to do!" hehe
Makes me smile every time I type it out or say it outloud!
I really love how the challenges on Tally can be as serious or as light as
you want and I am always challenged to create.
My best layouts come from the Survivor challenges! ♡♡♡♡

Ok on to the GIVEAWAY!!!!

Good morning! I told you this week was going to be FUN!

Imaginisce is on day 3 of the Berrylicious Release PARRTAYY!
Today is card and this is my card, I used my Cricut Imagine to create the BEE
and the TITLE of this card (Sentimentals Cart.)and I had so much fun misting!
OUT FOR PUBLICATION SORRY
You can see I used my i-rock of course and my favorite glue from Glue Arts
the Glue Glider Pro and the UCUT foam adhesive!
OUT FOR PUBLICATION SORRY
I even hand stitched on this bad boy LOL
GO HURRY! Try to win on the Imaginisce Blog!

I have not posted a chicken update for a while now, but I know
some of you are curious. We get between 7-10 eggs daily
even in the 8 degree weather they lay at least 6-7 eggs.

Since the boys had the day off I had them take the chickens outside
for some bugs and pecking, it always seems to perk the girls up.
I know these boys are ready for baseball and spring!
Chicken butts! ♡♥♡♥♡

And of course the ever faithful companion Daffodil.
She never bothers the chickens, just watches them.

We are planning on getting 5 more chicks in a few weeks and they will be
carefully hand raised. BECAUSE we need a rooster! Once we have a rooster
we will be able to raise our own chickens from now on.

I have a special giveaway when this Berrylicious madness ends! :)
Please stay tuned to my blog and send your friends!

~More Berrylicious FUN & GIVEAWAY!~

Good morning!!! Are you ready for more Berrylicious fun?!

I made this wall hanging for my kitchen, you know I love making
jam for the boys and I wanted something very fun and country for
my own kitchen. I used cardboard as the base and just saturated it
with the Marshmallow Shimmer mist.
Then because it was so wet LOL I used my heat gun on it and I
pretty much lit it on fire! LOL It was awesome!
I used my Cricut Imagine to cut out the frame and some awesome
Samantha Walker fabric for the i-top brads and hanger.
Of course I used my Glue Arts EXTREME adhesive for the cardboard glue.
Worked perfectly!
Today is ANOTHER GIVEAWAY day for the Berrylicious release party
so go check it out for sure!! You might win!

Check back tomorrow for a NEW Chicken Update!!!! :)
And after the Berry -madness I have a great giveaway coming up!

~Scrapping With Love Sunday~

Good morning and happy Sunday to my friends all over the place!

It was so nice to be able to sit down and play with paper
yesterday while hubby took the boys out for a while.
I had a wonderful weekend with friends and today I am headed out to
Mt. Juliet to teach the Imaginisce/Clear Scraps Class!

I played with the February Kit from Tally yesterday and managed
to come up with this unique layout ✄✄
I made the "polaroids" with Hambly paper and it's shimmery in person!
I also used a heck of alot of Glue Arts UCUT on this page!
And alot of fun vintage pieces I had in my stash. I have been waiting to use
this hanger for over a year now! You know that Target commercial with
Taylor Swift walking through a field with polaroids hanging off strings?
It completely inspired me and I wanted to have that feel on my page.
Ok ok it didn't work 100% LOL but you get the idea.
Most everything else was from the Feb. Kit. I had alot of fun making it.
If you have not come to Tally to play, it is alot of fun! Come play with me!

~Ok I am off to finish packing for class...have a beautiful Sunday~
Thank YOU for coming by to say hello~
TOMORROW the Cricut Cartrideg WINNER will be announced!

~Saturday Filled With Blessings~

Good morning my crafty friends, whom I love!!!

I am so very blessed to have friends all over the world, many whom I
am honored enough to meet at Craft functions and some whom I
have never met but still "know" them from conversations.

I wanted to share with you the power of crafting and love today.
Yesterday in the mail I received this beautiful card from Mandie Wade
who took the time to make this card AND included some lace in the
package because she knows I love lace!! I met Mandie in Chicago (CHA).
It always amazes me how kind and caring the craft community is.
I am nothing more than a country pink haired girl who dares to
share her life, both good and bad with anyone who will listen
and happen to play with paper and glue....yet I have made so many
amazing friends and feel the love of the craft community every single day!
So many crafters have come to me and because I am so open they
have started speaking out about their own lives.
I am always happy to see others speaking out and helping to raise
awareness of personal and painful issues.

I received this 8X8 layout from Bree who I have "known" online
for a very long time. I love how she used my layout as the photo.
And I received this AMAZING layout from Pam (whom I met in Texas).
I love how she used a picture of both of us! She was so beautiful in person
I mean STUNNING and her hubby was a RIOT my Johnny Cash! LOL
What an honor for Pam to scrap little ol' me! :)
I have come to find out that crafting is more than just art or
preserving memories. It is in fact a conduit to meet the most
amazing people who have a common interest.
The BIGGEST hearts around and the most loyal friends you could ever meet.
Crafting is definitely more than paper and glue...it is LOVE♡♡

~Thanks for letting me share my friends with you today~

~♡♥Getting Crafty w/ Recycled Scrap Packaging♥♡~

Good morning my CRAFT FRIENDS! :)

One of the best things I can say about Tally is that it pushes me
to be more creative and look at scrapbooking as an art form not
just paper and glue. Playing in the Survivor is so exciting, it always
pushes me to be more creative and flex those crafty muscles.

This layout is for the Survivor challenge on Tally Scrapper and
there is still time to join if you want to play along!!

The challenge was to use the colors tan/brown and blue
plus a photo with more than 1 person in it and recycled scrapbook
packaging, oh and some staples!
So the entire layout is not on scrap paper but on scrapbook packaging from
a tablet I bought a long time ago! :) I also dug out the Hambly and some
paint for it. It's not super fancy but I love the photo and it makes me happy.
I hand placed all the pearls LOL I think it killed my hands!
Don't forget earlier this week I had a Cricut Cartridge GIVEAWAY!
Be sure to go sign up for a chance to win it!

I am ready for the weekend so bring on today! LOL
~THANK YOU for stopping by I love visitors and read every comment!~
